Vituity is seeking highly competitive and motivated candidates with strong future leadership potential for our one-year Emergency Psychiatry Physician Administrative Fellowship to begin in July, 2021. Fellow candidates should be a graduate of an accredited psychiatric residency program. This is a full-time opportunity.

Fellows will participate in a wide array of management and leadership experiences and will be an active member of the Vituity senior and executive management team collaborating on projects and developing products that impact the practice of emergency psychiatry. This opportunity grooms the Fellow for future administrative positions by developing the understanding of:

• The clinical, financial and regulatory issues impacting emergency psychiatry
• The leadership and management training necessary to successfully negotiate this environment

In just fifteen years of existence, this program has produced Medical Directors, Assistant Medical Directors, Directors in Quality and Improvement, and our current CMO.
