Nurse Practitioner

​Envision Physician Services and Englewood Community Hospital are seeking an APP hospitalist to join it's dynamic team.

• 1 physician and 1 APP scheduled daily
• Average daily census is 20

APP JOB DESCRIPTION:
Shift 8am to 2pm--7 days on then 7 days off
During high season months November--April shift gets extended to 4pm on an as needed basis
At home call for floors and ER are Mon-Wed-Fri from 7pm to 7am (NO ICU CALL)
Off season providers average 3-5 calls a night . During high season may increase to 8-10
APP from 8am to 2pm is doing admissions, rounding and doing discharges

• Physician and APP rotate pager call at night
• Procedures NOT required
• Hospitalist must be very comfortable admitting and managing ICU patients
• EMR: Meditech
• Employee Status with benefits
• Occurrence Based Malpractice and Tail coverage provided by Envision Physician Services
• Envision Physician Services also manages the Emergency Department
