Further your career through TeamHealth's opportunity for a full-time nocturnist nurse practitioner or physician assistant to join on our established team at Sentara Northern Virginia Medical Center, located about 30 minutes south of Washington, D.C. This position offers a desired block schedule and seven on/seven off model. Inpatient experience is required.

Clinician will work in collegial environment with intensivist coverage available 24/7. There is no responsibility in the ICU except if needed for assistance with codes. No procedures are required. You will see approximately 10-15 admits (day) and 7-10 admits (night). Enjoy quality incentives working in a facility with top in metrics within the Sentara system.

Preferred candidates are board certified or board eligible in internal medicine. Clinicians board certified or board eligible in family medicine with experience will be considered.
