Seeking a full-time, board-eligible/board-certified Palliative Care physician to join an established team at Covenant Medical Group. An ideal candidate will be clinically outstanding, possess excellent communication skills, demonstrate high levels of caring and empathy and will be interested in building a long-term career with Covenant Health. Duties in this role include comprehensive symptom management, discussions related to patients' values and goals of care, emotional and spiritual support, and advanced care planning. Care for a medically fragile patient population and experience a healthy work-life balance in the friendly community of Lubbock, Texas.
