Advocate Aurora Health is seeking a board certified/board eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine physician to join a high volume primary care practice in Libertyville, IL

• Stable health care system in top decile for quality of patient care
• Outpatient only practice with hospitalists covering patients at Advocate Condell
• Employed position with comprehensive benefits package including malpractice insurance
• Easy access to specialty services for patients through our health system, integrated via Epic EMR
• Diagnostic imaging, lab, and various multi-specialties available on site
